This home had been previously listed and staged for 3 months prior to us working with the Realtor. While the previous furniture certainly looked nice and oriented well, it lacked the personality and liveliness that buyers opt for.

Making a strong first impact upon entry was key in introducing the builder’s design elements.

The original staging was lovely, oriented well, and generally seemed comfortable. The main lacking feature, however, was a true style partnership with the home that could stand up to the bold architecture. Neutral furnishings have held strong in the staging world and this strategy has worked for years but we’re seeing new trends in buyer expectations.

Project after project, Denver buyers showcase their knowledge of real estate and sophistication in their design expectations. The buyer market prefers finishes that are elevated yet unique and furnishings that create dimension.

This main floor primary suite was originally swallowed up by too large of furnishings. It struggled to show off its true function in a beautifully built, but slightly odd configuration.

The results? After 3 months on the market, the original staging was pulled and we began our install. Within only 1 week of SNI staging, the home was under contract!
