How does it work?
We’ll assess your furniture arrangement options so your home flows with consistent proportion, scale and style to show off in photos and draw in the maximum of potential buyers.
Immediately following our visit, you’ll receive a detailed room by room checklist to help you tackle and prioritize each space.
*Homes over 5,000 square feet are $600 and booked for 90 min.
*$50 trip charge added for projects outside Denver Metro
PARTIAL STAGING
Starting at $2,500 (minimum)
Perhaps we recommended a few larger pieces in our consultation, or you just need a top layer of furniture to fully round out your space. Either way, this one’s for you!

We’ll schedule your consultation AND staging day at the same time to ensure your timeline. Once you complete most of the items on your Staging Checklist and we’ll handle the rest!
*Since we require a Staging Consultation first, our typical timeline to complete a partially staged home is 10-15 working days.
