A childhood of wandering into open houses and living in fix-and-flips secured my destiny from an early age. With a handy dad and savvy mom, we moved every two years as I watched my parents work to enhance each new space while keeping anything salvageable in tact. Over and over, I learned what elements stay, which ones go, and what sells.

In 2012, with a degree in marketing (I had decided it was more “practical” than design), I launched Sarah Noel Interiors working towards the same goal I was raised with - welcoming, sophisticated, and well-defined spaces. A brave few gave me my first creative opportunities and immediately, I realized that the “traditional staging” formula wasn’t where my skillset was best suited. It’s from this shift into creating standout spaces that bucked traditional staging that I developed a love of color, patterns and textures leading to an entirely new aesthetic.

BRANCHING OUT

In 2019, the SNI brand extended their services to cater to our client's full service interior design requests by developing a niche in secondary residences and luxurious second homes for clients across the U.S., including Dallas, D.C., New York and more. SNI is best known for our versatile approach, attention to scale, and trademark style for homes ranging from $500K - $15M.

My first experience with Sarah, was having her stage a condo that was right on the edge of needing to be remodeled. Sarah staged the condo in a way that revealed the bones, ceiling height, views and overall potential. We received multiple offers and the condo sold 22k over the list price.
