Where we started...
Our new downtown penthouse project is already brimming with well-appointed bones. It features existing beautiful finishes in hardware, flooring, tile and drapery. Floor to ceiling windows welcome in encompassing city views worthy of watching the light change over the rooftops and the raucous Denver weather moving across the sky. It is a lovely canvas on which we will be infusing style and comfort for the homeowners’ Colorado retreat.
Issues to tackle...
We’ll be looking to define use spaces, highlight stunning features, and provide a light face lift on some existing wear and tear issues. We’ll also re-select paint colors and lighting to better reflect our client’s intended ambiance wishes. The modern edges need a bit of softening to truly make this a space of rejuvenation. What we want it to be...
This home will be an urban vacation retreat that will be a space to shed work-weary cares and slip into comfort, connection and relaxation. We will lean in with intentionally moody colors, cozy velvety fabrics, and glowing lighting. We’ll play up the drama with warm, settle-right-in furnishings with a Colorado twist and a mid-mod wink. How we're doing it...
We’re preparing the space with the help of our skilled trade partners while crafting the final design and hunting down all the perfect furnishings, fixtures, accessories and art.
