While we can’t give you ALL the numbers up front (I wish we could!), we can guide you on how to prioritize construction projects and provide easy, transparent furnishing and lighting budgets.

WE can answer the unknowns:

Do we have to move walls or can we make the floor plan functional?
Does the flooring need replacing or just refinishing?
Is the paint workable if we change the context of the surroundings?
